Westmead Innovation Quarter

Hall to assist in the development of their ground plane and retail strategy for the Charter Hall/WSU project Westmead Innovation Quarter. The development comprises 43,000sqm of mixed use research, health, commercial and retail space across three state-of-the art towers. The project entailed developing a high level vision and positioning that would complement rather than compete with the existing and proposed retail offerings within the precinct.The engagement required the provision of indicative rents, services requirements attendance at design meetings and the provision of advise with regard to implementation of a tenancy mix.
