BellRinger was engaged by Kurraba, the nation’s largest life sciences and biomedical developer, to set a new benchmark for a ground plane for their Waterloo site on Botany Road. This project aimed to integrate ground plane and non-life sciences uses, creating an amenity-rich precinct. Our scope included developing a data and reserach led vision and strategy for the retail and ground plane, along with critical design and commercial advice. The goal was to create a vibrant urban precinct that will resonate with local residents and workers, enhancing visitation and improving amenities for on-site professionals.
